Pablo Eggs-Go-Bao specialises in serving freshly prepared bao buns filled with crunchy hash, pork sausage, melty cheese, egg omelette and tangy sauce. Each bao is also available in vegetarian and vegan option. Alongside the signature bao, we offer crispy hash browns served with our signature dippy dip sauce, providing a complementary side dish. Our drinks menu includes barista-made coffee, iced coffee, and a selection of chilled soft drinks, designed to pair perfectly with our food.

All products are created with a focus on quality, convenience, and flavour, making them ideal for takeaway and fast-casual dining. Customers can order at the hatch or through Uber Eats or Deliveroo for delivery. We are also available to supply large corporate breakfast / lunch orders with free delivery.

We were looking for a place for breakfast on our way out of Edinburgh & I spotted this place and after reading the reviews knew we had to try it. OMG the hashbrowns are amazing but then so are the breakfast buns. The flavours together are just perfect & it was so fresh & hot. I'm gutted you don't have a store near me (N Wales) but we do travel to Fife regularly so may just have to detour back this way.
