Perform Health Co

Perform Health Co is a Physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinic based in Bruntsfield, Edinburgh, helping people recover from injury, manage pain, and rebuild confidence in movement so they can return to the activities they enjoy. We combine expert Physiotherapy, manual therapy, and strength & conditioning to support injury rehabilitation, post-surgical recovery, chronic pain management, and performance improvement through a personal, evidence-based approach. The clinic is led by Steven Cockburn, an experienced Physiotherapist with a background in sports rehabilitation and strength training, working closely with clients of all ages and activity levels to help them move better, feel stronger, and stay active long term.

We are a super friendly team who provide comprehensive Physiotherapy and sports rehabilitation, including detailed assessments, personalised treatment plans, and digital home rehabilitation programmes to support continuity of care. Clinical sports massage is also available, aimed at accelerating recovery, preventing injury, and enhancing performance. We also offer private & small group reformer Pilates in our studio led by our fantastic teach Lisa, an ex professional dancer. In addition, we offer one-to-one strength and conditioning for clients learning to lift, training for specific events, or overcoming performance plateaus, combining clinical expertise with high-level coaching. We have also introduced small group Strength & Balance classes designed to improve stability, build strength, and help clients move with confidence in a safe, clinically guided environment.
