Let’s introduce ourselves : we are Gaëlle & Frédéric ROGER, a couple of foodies coming from a green and beautiful place, well known for its exceptional terroir and gastronomy : The Bourgogne Franche-Comté region, Eastern France.
We literally fell in love with Scotland and especially Edinburgh, where we naturally decided to settle our family and our company.

So we opened our 1st shop in Edinburgh in October 2019 and then this online shop, especially for you to enjoy a part of our EXCLUSIVE SELECTION of UNIQUE, DELICIOUS and GORGEOUS products “aussi beaux que bons” as we say in French, wherever you are in the UK!

We are passionate people and in one word: epicureans, always looking for nice gourmet products and hidden gems, not only to treat ourselves, but also our friends and family. This is a true “Art de vivre” (lifestyle)!
We wanted to combine our passions by offering REAL QUALITY products from our native country, here in Scotland. Hence the idea of ??creating a French “épicerie fine” : Chez Roger !

So we took the time to meet small artisan producers, as passionate as we are, in order to find EXCEPTIONAL and SUSTAINABLE products. We finally tasted and selected a wide range of THE FINEST GOURMET PRODUCTS (mainly French, we are French after all! But also other continental and Scottish gourmet gems), with one only requirement: authenticity and quality. Most of our products are exclusive ones or sold for the FIRST TIME IN THE UK!
